1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PriyoKhata mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. Description of Service

PriyoKhata is a digital business ledger application designed to help users manage business records and transactions.

The application allows users to manage:

• Customer credit and payment records
• Supplier transactions
• Product inventory and stock
• Wallet balances (such as bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts)
• Business notes and reminders
• Reports and financial summaries

PriyoKhata helps small businesses and shop owners keep their financial records organized.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features of PriyoKhata, users may create an account using one of the following methods:

• Google Sign-In
• Phone number login with a secure PIN

When using phone number login:

• Users create a secure PIN during account setup
• The PIN is used to verify the user during login
• No SMS verification code (OTP) is sent to the phone number
• The phone number is used only for account identification

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and PIN.

4. User Responsibilities

By using PriyoKhata, you agree that:

• You will use the application only for lawful purposes.
• You will not attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the application.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you enter.

PriyoKhata does not verify or validate financial records entered by users.

5. Contact Access Feature

PriyoKhata may request permission to access your device contacts to help users quickly select phone numbers when adding a customer.

Important details:

• Contact access is optional
• PriyoKhata does not upload or store the entire contact list
• Only the selected phone number is used when creating a customer record
• Contact information remains on the user's device

6. Data Storage and Cloud Synchronization

User data may be stored in the following locations:

• Locally on the user's device
• In Google Firebase Cloud Firestore when cloud backup or synchronization is enabled

This allows users to restore their data across multiple devices.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

7. Third-Party Services

PriyoKhata may use trusted third-party services to provide core functionality.

These services may include:

• Google Firebase
• Google Play Services
• Google Sign-In

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

8. Business Disclaimer

PriyoKhata is designed only as a business ledger and financial record keeping tool.

The application does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice

Users are responsible for their own business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep the application reliable and secure, PriyoKhata is provided “as is”.

We are not responsible for:

• Financial losses
• Data loss caused by device issues
• Incorrect records entered by users
• Loss of data caused by device damage or user actions

Users are responsible for reviewing and managing their own data.

10. Account Deletion

PriyoKhata allows users to permanently delete their account directly from the application.

Users can delete their account from:

Settings → More Settings → Delete Account

For security reasons, the following steps are required:

• Tap Delete Account
• A warning message will appear explaining that the account will be permanently removed
• Confirm the deletion request
• Enter your PIN code again to verify identity

After confirmation:

• The account will be permanently deleted
• Associated cloud data may also be removed
• Access to the account will be disabled
• Deleted data cannot be recovered

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes will be posted with an updated Last Updated date.

Continued use of the application means you accept the updated terms.

শর্তাবলী – PriyoKhata

১. শর্ত গ্রহণ

PriyoKhata অ্যাপ ডাউনলোড, ইনস্টল বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।

২. সেবার বিবরণ

PriyoKhata একটি ডিজিটাল ব্যবসায়িক খাতা অ্যাপ।

এই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীরা পরিচালনা করতে পারেন:

• কাস্টমারের দেনা-পাওনা
• সরবরাহকারীর লেনদেন
• পণ্যের স্টক
• ব্যবসার ওয়ালেট ব্যালেন্স
• ব্যবসার নোট
• রিপোর্ট ও সারসংক্ষেপ

৩. ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট ও লগইন

PriyoKhata ব্যবহার করার জন্য ব্যবহারকারীরা নিচের যেকোনো পদ্ধতিতে লগইন করতে পারেন:

• Google Sign-In
• ফোন নম্বর ও PIN দিয়ে লগইন

ফোন নম্বর লগইনের ক্ষেত্রে:

• ব্যবহারকারী একটি PIN তৈরি করেন
• লগইন করার সময় সেই PIN ব্যবহার করা হয়
• ফোন নম্বরে কোনো OTP বা SMS পাঠানো হয় না
• ফোন নম্বর শুধুমাত্র অ্যাকাউন্ট শনাক্ত করার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়

৪. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

• ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাপটি বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করবেন।
• ব্যবহারকারী যে তথ্য প্রদান করেন তার সঠিকতার জন্য ব্যবহারকারী নিজেই দায়ী।

৫. কন্টাক্ট পারমিশন

নতুন কাস্টমার যোগ করার সময় ফোন নম্বর নির্বাচন সহজ করার জন্য অ্যাপ কন্টাক্ট পারমিশন চাইতে পারে।

অ্যাপ সম্পূর্ণ কন্টাক্ট লিস্ট সংগ্রহ বা সংরক্ষণ করে না।

৬. ডাটা সংরক্ষণ

ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য সংরক্ষণ হতে পারে:

• ব্যবহারকারীর ডিভাইসে
• Firebase ক্লাউডে (যদি ব্যাকআপ চালু থাকে)

৭. অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা

ব্যবহারকারীরা চাইলে অ্যাপের ভেতর থেকেই অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারবেন।

পথ:

সেটিংস → আরো সেটিংস → অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন

তারপর PIN দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে যাবে।
