How to Delete Your Account

PriyoKhata allows users to permanently delete their account directly from the mobile application.

To delete your account, follow these steps:

• 1. Open the PriyoKhata app
• 2. Go to Settings
• 3. Tap on More Settings
• 4. Select Delete Account
• 5. Read the warning message carefully
• 6. Confirm your decision
• 7. Enter your PIN code to verify your identity

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account will be permanently removed
• All associated data including customer information, transactions, and business records will be permanently deleted
• Your data will be removed from cloud storage (including Firebase servers)
• You will no longer be able to access your account
• This action cannot be undone

Data Retention Policy

All user data is permanently deleted immediately after account deletion.

No data is retained after deletion.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• Please ensure you have backed up important data before deleting your account

কীভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছবেন

PriyoKhata অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীরা সহজেই তাদের অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলতে পারেন。

ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:

• ১. PriyoKhata অ্যাপ খুলুন
• ২. Settings এ যান
• ৩. More Settings এ ক্লিক করুন
• ৪. Delete Account নির্বাচন করুন
• ৫. সতর্কবার্তা ভালোভাবে পড়ুন
• ৬. Confirm করুন
• ৭. আপনার PIN কোড দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন

নিশ্চিত করার পর আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে যাবে।

অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেললে কী হবে

• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে যাবে
• সকল ডাটা (কাস্টমার তথ্য, লেনদেন, ব্যবসার হিসাব) মুছে যাবে
• ক্লাউড (Firebase) থেকে ডাটাও সম্পূর্ণ মুছে যাবে
• আপনি আর লগইন করতে পারবেন না
• এই কাজটি ফেরত আনা যাবে না

ডাটা সংরক্ষণ নীতি

অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার সাথে সাথে সকল ডাটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হয়।

কোনো ডাটা সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য

• অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা সম্পূর্ণ স্থায়ী
• মুছে ফেলার আগে প্রয়োজনীয় ডাটা ব্যাকআপ রাখুন
